All Florists provide a satisfaction Guarantee on all out-of-town orders sent through.

The guarantee states: As a professional Florist, we guarantee your satisfaction with every order sent through for delivery in the United States and Canada. If you are not satisfied with the product delivered, we will send a replacement or refund the full purchase, at your option. All you need to do is provide us with a copy of the sales slip, charge receipt, or other-wise establish proof of purchase within ten days of your order. You may call, come in person or write to us.

Beyond the guarantee, all Florists are bound by the rules of their Association. Florist must meet rigorous standards of membership, and all rules are strictly enforced.
